A fortnight ago I decided to practice the early intervention I learnt in hospital, and made some drastic changes. First I deleted all news and social media apps from my phone. I can't change what's happening in the world, & I don't need to know every little bit of breaking news.

The decision to remove Aberdeen's Beach Esplanade cycle lane is disappointing and ill-judged. Many people have benefited and enjoyed the cycle lanes. We are still in a pandemic and people need space to distance safely. #SpacesforPeople
