@dylarnette I think that Amazon is smart to advance their products as technology continues to advance. I think that in the next decade or two that delivery through drones will probably become the new normal which is crazy to think. Overall, I think as they perfect the system they will face
@rayyy_clowww That should be used in the workplace but not to a degree where everything and every interaction is done online. At least that would be my preference for where I work at.
@rayyy_clowww I 100% think technology has added pressure to our society. People now are stressed about documenting things on their social media and worrying about how they are portrayed online versus how they actually are in person. I think that technology is a wonderful and needed advancement
@OrgCommChat I think one of my main strengths is my communication skills along with being an empathetic person. I think both of these qualities are needed to be an effective and respected leader.
@storyteller_LG See I would like to think I’m self motivated enough to thrive in a completely hands off approach but I know I’m not. I definitely need a little more structure and rules in order to be my most productive!

@RayThom11149994 Political stance. I personally think a company should stay away from using political issues as a selling point because it further divides their customers.
@RayThom11149994 I think a company faces extreme advantages and disadvantages when they use political issues to sell their products. It’s beneficial when people are in agreement with the company’s stance however they could potentially end up losing loyal customers who don’t agree with their
@OrgCommChat I looked at just being a general store manager. 83.2% are men whereas, 37.5 were women. It is unfortunate that there is still this false idea that women are too emotional/sensitive to hold leadership positions such as being a manager. It is not evenly balanced but is definitely
@GarrigaIzzy I completely agree. Society has definitely labeled certain jobs masculine or feminine. I think gender inequality has come along way but the ceiling is still extremely prevalent.
