@Kalil_R91 Having to do a duty when you have a lesson both before and after break, and on the other side of the school...it takes so long to get there due to pupil traffic, you end up being late for he next lesson and can't set up what is needed especially with room changes

@professor_dave This suggests the teachers ignore students who are unlikely to pass - not the case in my experience. But it is also important to provide the right qualification at the right level. Attainment 8 has affected the voc qual and students doing level 1 if appropriate - an SLT choice
