@eagleofberwick What Dom did with the glass is exactly what the expression ‘smashed a glass in my face’ serves to represents. Whether or not u think poorly of it or not is up to you tho
@LittleMissMoo4@Channel9 By that standard Dom would have been kicked off weeks ago for smashing a glass in her face. Violent Aggressive and threatening behaviour is a serious offence too. If you’re unconvinced imagine if a guy did it to a girl on the show
@davvyb1 If liv was able to Google her and see a promo thumbnail and a link to only fans, then the promo image is public and it is not a crime to show a friend even though she obv had malicious intentions
@davvyb1 It really depends on where/how the image was sourced. It’s been reported that the network made her deleted her OF acc, but that she failed to delete pics she had uploaded to her Twitter when previously promoting her page. Liv is not a nice person. 100% agree
@ZZPease Liz is not a good person we can agree. I just don’t think you have all the information to confidently assert that she signed up to OF and then posted an image to Google, or downloaded an OF image. You actually don’t know.
@SamTRowe@ZZPease If Olivia signed up to OF and then showed the content to a friend that would be a breach of OF T&C but we’re only speculating that she did that. Someone else could have posted the image to Google where she claims to have found it.
@ZZPease Lots of assumptions made there. You actually don’t know how she accessed the photo, who posted it where etc. I’m sure had she done that it would have come out. We shouldn’t speculate
@SamTRowe@ZZPease Agreed. So Olivia sees a pic on Google and shows her friend. Even if she herself created a dummy acc, follows Dom, steals the pic, she didn’t upload it anywhere. She kept it in her device and flashed it to a friend. Not understanding how this constitutes revenge porn/privacy law
@ZZPease You understand that the content wasn’t hosted anywhere right. This law is to protect people who’s content ja stolen and then reuploaded/hosted elsewhere. I feel for Dom but this ain’t a legal matter.
@gumby_mister@nswpolice This doesn’t apply when the image is made public by its owner. So you think downloading and sharing a porno is revenge porn? Only fans need to do better to protect their creators content from leaking outside their paywall
