@TheRAC_UK So wondering why RAC has ignored two emails querying a rescue that took place over a month ago. Lone female driver 200 miles from residence. Gone through customer services and now regrettably resorting to public platform hoping for a response. AA looking great just now.

@campbellclaret Surely this must beg the question that if any wrong doing bad enough to have the accounts shut down was discovered, would not the police/fraud dept be involved? And the appropriate investigation were launched? Just asking out of interest.
