Very disappointed in the poor experience we had for my husband’s 60th birthday only a week after we had a fabulous meal there for mine.
I know bad days happen but not even a response to my email. 🤔
@leaseplango I’ve been trying to call your customer service dept all morning, it tells me I’m in a queue then after an age disconnects me. This has happened twice - is anyone there ?
@TUIUK just been told our hotel will be a building site when we get there. Alternatives offered all not available. Rep spoken too most unhelpful - we’ve paid 3.4K!

@thetrainline disappointed that on both outward bound & return train journeys my 2 pre booked seats were not together. Similar story from other passengers today mood on train poor!
@MSE_Deals I’ve sold a garden shed on eBay that I was about to break up for fire wood- to be far it was in pretty good condition. Took 5 mins to take photos as it was being dismantled posted it sold within 30 mins. What a nice surprise.

@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers I ordered a gas bbq, today a charcoal drum bbq was delivered. You won’t refund, collect or replace. It’s YOUR error not mine. You want me to wait until after this virus crisis is over to get my money back on something I didn’t order shame on you.
