@BootsHelp I have sent a dm twice, sent a tweet, rang the store twice with no answer, your customer service is quite poor. My click and collect should have arrived last monday 14th and I still have heard nothing. At least email pleaee

@chesterzoo I'm a member received email this morning, website crashed, have waited 15 minutes in queue, put through membership update and still it says cant get through. There goes another month without going as can bot get through the steps on website
