@phillipdawson One more question - staff training, is that mandatory or self access. Does a good repository of online resources for staff cut it as staff training or does it have to be a scheduled event?
@sandyosullivan @NTEUNational sorry to hear you've been so poorly treated. Is there anything specific members can ask the union to change so that what happened to you doesn't happen to others? (optimistic). I've been a member of different unions & sadly find that NTEU is the most expensive, least effective.
