@SimonCalder as I am sure you are aware the chaos that has been caused at Gatwick overnight.
My daughter is in Kos waiting for fight home 16hr delay! EasyJet say they will not compensate due to it being Gatwick airports fault - but surely 16hr delay isn’t down to fire alarm!

@FlySWISS I have an outstanding compensation claim with swiss from our cancelled flights home in August. I am not getting any response on email is there a number I can call to speak to an actual person at Swiss who can help?
@FlySWISS I do appreciate your prompt response but would say 4 - 6 wks is a long time when the cost we incurred as a family flying back into the wrong London Airport very late at night with children after our flight was cancelled was £100s of pounds and really stressful.
@British_Airways I am concerned about my missing luggage. It's been at T2 Heathrow since Sunday night but no word from BA to say it is going to be couriers to me. I have seen the tolleys full of luggage at bag collection, abandoned in a corner. Can you get an update LHRBA59647
@HeathrowAirport We arrived in Heathrow Friday night from Zurich with BA but our luggage didn't. Zurich confirmed it arrived at T2 Sunday but BA can't confirm- any ideas how I can get my luggage home? @BritishAirwaysT
