Hello good people -- our friend @BeaudreauJames needs us as he recovers from a major surgery. It's that expensive medical emergency moment we all dread. Donate, share (on social and by email as needed). Let's get him through this together. 💪💪💪💪💪

I wish Cassandra Kulukundis had mentioned the art of casting or actors in the first awards speech for the first Oscar to ever go to a casting director. She seems a little mad at all the departments? Anyway congrats, and this is good for casting, but that was weird. #OscarNight
So disappointed by @kobalt licensing John Denver's American heartland classic "Take Me Home Country Road" for Homeland Security/Border Patrol content, its legacy now bound to an issue tearing our nation apart. Most recently heard to advance unity at the Super Bowl. Heartbreaking.
I haven't been around here lately. Hard to spend time in such an unhappy place. Nostalgia for the little blue bird, I guess. But the music keeps getting made, offerings to the sky. I'll be back when there's news to share.
Prayers for my sister’s husband, who very tragically got her nothing for her Birthday, when she specifically told him she wanted nothing for her Birthday …
@AprilJWood317 @GreenEy3sOpen @elonmusk@SethDillon They’re all scenarios you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy, technically “elective” procedures but nothing like the decision made a week after a positive pregnancy test. Leave those poor wretched families alone and be grateful you can’t relate to what they’re going through.
@AprilJWood317 @GreenEy3sOpen @elonmusk@SethDillon You need to imagine a mother with other children being told she has a 70% chance of dying during delivery. “Life of the mother” not a black and white call. Some of us think she should get to choose whether to risk her life and possibly leave her other kids motherless.
@failed_testing@susyhatton@caryl1@annamlulis I mean, thank you for acknowledging what we are talking about really is that rare? Because it is. There’s no epidemic of women putting their bodies through the risks and ravages of a full pregnancy to abort for fun. It’s not even close to a thing. We only do that to have a baby.
@failed_testing@susyhatton@caryl1@annamlulis Those are the only occurrences when anyone ends a pregnancy that late, and if a C-section was always the obvious solution to save both lives, physicians would already be performing them. I’m not the one repeating myself in every response here, champ.
