Identify the knowledge strengths and weaknesses in front-line staff (techs and aides) and make sure that you're comfortable with the patient care that is being provided by them on your behalf. (You may want to increase staff training.)
Walk your MRI suite and see whether policies in practice look like the policies on paper. Where there are discrepancies, is the practice version better, or the paper version? Reconcile and make sure the best practice is represented in both locations.

@gbsmrt Maybe instead replace with Ebola or Spanish Flu - both infectious diseases with often devastating consequences for those at risk and/or for those without access to appropriate healthcare.
