I'm not sure what's worse...
Giving up on who I thought was the "love of my life"...
Or
Feeling my dream career slip away after working my butt off my entire 20s.
Dance class shenanigans today..
Me: *hesitates on a step*
Cikgu: "Surrender, and it will come to you. You'll just know what to do."
Me: *gets it on the next try*

Most people canβt even name how they feel.
Thatβs why this funky wheel exists.
Instead of saying:
I feel bad.
Try:
I feel insecure, rejected, and overwhelmed.
Specificity = power.
Vague feelings control you.
Precise feelings give you an advantage.
The people who win arenβt the ones who feel less.
Theyβre the ones who can: name it, frame it, and move through it.

Add having to deal with a breakup at that time. π€¦ββοΈ
It was supposed to be such a joyous end but I was miserable behind all those smiles. I never want to relive that phase - ever again.

Officiated the Precision Public Health Asia 2025 Conference; joined by 500+ delegates from 25 countries & 8 tech showcases, and regional leaders committed to advancing data-driven, person-centred care.
I'm pleased to share that @KKMPutrajaya and @Google are now exploring how AI can be used to tackle some of Malaysiaβs most critical health challenges.
We're optimistic this collaboration will deliver real public health value esp. in improving outcomes at scale and positioning Malaysia as a regional leader in AI-powered healthcare.
All these further builds up our vision of βprecisionβ in public health and our ability to target inexpensively and at-scale individuals and communities with the right health messages and right recommended lifestyle interventions.
As ASEANβs Chair 2025, π²πΎ is also driving regional efforts in digital health governance, ethical AI, and cross-border capacity-building.
Precision public health is not a luxury, it's an urgent necessity. This is the future!
My special thanks to Prof Adeeba, A/Prof Dhesi and A/P Alfa and their team at Monash University Malaysia for bringing this world-class meeting to Kuala Lumpur in partnership with Dr Clive Tan and A/Prof Jeremy Lim from the Precision Public Health Asia Society.β€οΈβ€οΈ
