Establishing rules allow individuals to punish those who are not abiding by rules meant for the greater good.
Ethics comes from one's character & how they respect their environment.
Legal & ethics intertwine as laws are created under ethics.

@SBNasert I agree! Getting people together and embracing each other's backgrounds and cultures is vital to being an overall better person. Especially being a hc worker, we are facing diff people every day. Bridging this unnecessary gap will be a win for everyone!

Disciplinary: an individual who specializes in a selective field that can provide assistance to a patient.
Interdisciplinary: making a decision for a patient through collaboration with other healthcare workers.

EAP programs are placed to alleviate issues regarding an employee's personal life that may affect the individual on a grand level. These programs work by conducting meetings, assessments, counseling, and continued visits to ensure satisfaction.

CHIP is a joint federal/state program effective program intended for supporting children who won't qualify for Medicaid due to their parent's income being high and too low for private insurance. It picks up coverage where Medicaid leaves off.

@xradiating EHR is a great system that is used in healthcare! (Compared to the old system where it was storing information through files which are not nearly as effective as doing it electronically.) Although there are barriers, the pros of using EHR most definitely outweigh the cons 😃
