🐕I live a very busy lifestyle & one of the things I like to do to look after my mental health is to take myself down to the beach with the dog to do some meditation in the morning.

👩‍⚕️As a nurse, I am passionate about supporting people in crisis. I will campaign for locally based mental health and wellbeing programmes aimed at tackling poor mental health, addiction and wellbeing of our young people.

🌺🌼🌷It was a pleasure to meet Terence today in Rostrevor. He is some man for 93 years of age! I love the care and attention he gives to his home and took a moment to admire the work he has put into the grass verge which he showed me with great pride.
