@spooky_girl When my kids were in primary school a child with a disability suddenly died he was a few years ahead of my kids they were profoundly affected by the loss the school as a community had their own memorial servic his service for the little boy it was beautiful

@spooky_girl It’s the worst l have experienced it and so have my children my son documented incidents and took it to HR the prep was reprimanded it was resolved but this doesn’t always happen sometimes it is a cultural issue in a workplace
