@USAA_help Honestly...the vehicle should have been repaired by now. There is a serious lack of communication between USAA and the collision center and the only people being affected are my husband and I.

I’m kinda wondering I can’t get @ATT to truly research my issue with my old iPhone? One that I used for 3 1/2 years that they can’t “see” had been on the network because of an employee error! I can’t get anyone on the “Unlock Team” to look at the paperwork in their own system!
