@RunThroughUK And your placing medal people didn’t give me my 2nd place medal today at the 10k 😭 second time at one of your events this has happened, it’s pretty obviously I’m a women yet they didn’t give me the medal and gave it to someone finishing a few minutes after me. Not ok.

@VirginAtlantic Now it says I have to checkin at the airport 😭 thought the whole point was to be able to checkin online so I don’t have to have the queue at the airport. Very disappointed so far with this, BA always lets me check in online.

@newbalance looking at reviews of your fuelcell elite V4 & all I can find is men testing this shoe. It would be good to get a review from females, men and women are very different when it comes to running. I’m 3.10 marathoner & would be happy to test any products to review them

@RunThroughUK I’ve done this, it must be that I’m just an ugly runner as my friend had lots of photos and it’s only when I was with her that I had 1 photo taken 😞

@RunThroughUK just been through all your pics, every time your photographers got pics of the people just ahead & just behind me but none of me. Finish line they literally missed 10seconds of when I came in but everyone else I knew there got a finish photo, very disappointed ☹️

@RunThroughUK is the Wimbledon common 10k on the 23rd Dec on a flat part of the common? I’ve done the half marathon which is very hilly, I can’t workout the 10k route and if it’s hilly or flat. TIA

@British_Airways This is just a standard useless response. It’s been over 3weeks, not good enough they haven’t got back to me and saying they are extremely busy and will get back to me, but no timeframe at all, after this long is rubbish 😡

@British_Airways I have 2 complaints logged with you from the manager on 2 flights as I had lots of problems with the seat & tv not working on both flights. It’s been over a week now & all I have is a customer ref. How long does it take for someone to get back on this?

@British_Airways How long does it take for customer relations to get back on complaints? My flight was 3weeks ago now and the complaint sent through on the day of the flight, 3weeks is way too long to hear anything.

@London10K race delayed due to the queues for bib collection & now only some results are up. I finished 3hours ago & my result is not on your website. When I’ve done the @LondonMarathon I’ve had a text within 30seconds of finishing & they have 3 times the number of runners!!!

@HelloFreshUK hi, 2nd week in a row only 2 of the recipe cards have been in the box not sure how to report this as it’s not missing ingredients but the card is helpful. I know it’s on the app, but why send 2 and not all 3 of them? Please advise as it’s 2 weeks in a row
