@VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for years and never had to use online account - so don’t know my log in so have tried to request re set password by using my email and nothing works

@VodafoneUK tried to call about upgrading - no one available to speak too and to try TOBI online app - again
No one to speak too, was advised a text message would be sent - no text received- is there anyone actually answering the phone?
