I just spent hours organizing, declutterring and throwing out beauty products/cosmetics, etc..

I had to throw away so many fragrances/perfumes (some were still in original box and unopened). The ones that are-were still good; I am giving away all to my niece ☺️

I don’t understand why plumbing companies charges so much more!?

I googled and found water heater technicians and there’s a drastic price difference.

He keeps changing the price and I keep trying to get a lower price. I ALWAYS try to negotiate though! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I called a plumbing company and HOLY! Nope! His company was actually the lowest and best to fix the water heater. Also, good reviews on Yelp too. A WIN for me! LOL

Earlier though…. Whew!!! LMFAO!! Felt like I was having a panic attack. And every few minutes I was saying: OMFG!!! Like, I was literally freaking out over anything and everything. SMH

I feel so much more relaxed and calmer now. Sigh of relief 😅.
