This morning at Stand up we heard from the Women's & Children's group. @JennaNeale discussed the ongoing PDSA in the new-born bloodspot screening pathway. Lisa & Holly, clinical psychologists, showed the improvements made in supporting parents in neonates #UHCWi #BetterNeverStops

#Bronchiolitis Incidence of RSV positive tests falling & presentations to Emergency Departments beginning to plateau.

Hopefully will shortly see a fall in admissions.

Today I facilitated my first Sponsor Development Session, focusing on our Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy service. Great to see such engagement as the team reviewed the current state value stream map and designed what the future state should look like. #betterneverstops
