Africa with its thunderous skies, golden savannah and ancient wild heartbeat was my final group journey.
The era of collective wanderings ends here.

In heart of Amboseli, the ground shuddered as a massive bull elephant thundered straight towards me, ears flared like battle flags, tusks gleaming like ivory spears. Behind him, the heavens split open golden rays of sunlight exploding through storm clouds in radiant shafts, crowning the beast in fire and glory.

In the golden haze of Mara, a cheetah exploded into flight.
Barely touching earth beneath its paws, each stride a thunderbolt carved from wind and muscle. Fingers fumbled across the camera, cold and numb, while the heart slammed against ribs like a caged storm. Breath locked in the throat half prayer, half scream as the world narrowed to a single blur of spotted lightning.
The chase turned cinematic and savanna grass bowed in reverence. The cheetah didn’t run it flowed, a living arrow slicing through the wind. Eyes hunted the frame and the soul hunted truth. Is this real? the brain begged, while the heart already knew the answer and wept with joy.
Then muscle memory seized the moment.
Shutter fingers danced on instinct. Click after click each frame captured the heartbeat of the wild as my dream came true.

I step in the vast savanna, where ancient trees & rocks stand in silence,
In the sun rays like golden strands, the air is thick with whispered rain and lions glow in sunlight fire.
I breathe deep, I breathe deep.
My heart beats like a drum and my soul entire.
A Topi flashes jewel-bright, the river sings its ancient songs, while hippos watch from beneath.
The jungle takes me by the hand
and with every turn in the safari a story grows.
Here time dissolves and worries fall.

No one is talking about it but I will. The Tiger deaths near Satpura in Madhya Pradesh are because of illegal opium farming. They are killing tigers so that their field workers don’t get scared. While this is happening the reasons given by forest department for not tracking even collared tigers is that US has jammed the signals caz of US- IRAN war. You read that right.

Horrifying news coming from Haridwar’s Shyampur range, poachers poisoned two two year old tiger siblings, severed their legs, and were about to skin them for the illegal trade.
One Van Gujjar, Alam alias Ammi, has been arrested, while three others Amir Hamza, Ashiq, and Juppi are on the run. The mother tigress remains missing as forest teams scour the area.
The carcasses were found Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon near Sajanpur beat. They had laced buffalo meat with poison as a method to poach.
