Lately, I don’t find people attractive. Everything feels borrowed, their opinions shaped by trends, their love defined by internet, their paths decided by what the world approves. I rarely see that depth or that quiet spark that comes from a sincere heart and thinking mind.
one thing I realized is that everything always ends up working out. sometimes even better than you can imagine. remember this when you feel like you're in a hard place or you feel like you're being challenged the most. believe in where you're headed. see the bigger picture.
No one talks enough about how exhausting it is for a woman to continuously give grace to a man. Too often, that grace comes at the expense of her own needs, her boundaries, and her peace. What starts as love slowly turns into self abandonment.
Hot take:
The most dangerous form of self-betrayal is pretending to be "cool" with something that actually breaks your heart. You think you are keeping the peace, but you are really just declaring war on your own nervous system.
The voice in your head that criticizes everything isn't yours. It's an echo of everyone who ever made you feel like you weren't enough. You internalized their voice so well you think it's your own. It's not. You can mute it.
Introverts don’t “lose” arguments , they walk away from them. Not because they can’t win, but because they already know how it would end. They read you like a book. They understand how you think, how you reason, where your ideas come from and where they fall apart. They know the sources behind your “sources.”
But they value peace more than a temporary ego boost. They’re not interested in proving a point to someone who just wants to be right. So they just nod and smile and say, “You’re right.”
But you won't get it.
Introverts are not rude, they avoid people who lower their vibe. They’re empaths. Highly sensitive. They notice even the little things most people miss. Shifts in mood, tone, energy. They can read people like a book. So when an introvert pulls back, it’s never random. They’ve already noticed the tension. The imbalance. Maybe your presence makes them feel unsafe in ways they can’t explain.
So if you feel they're avoiding you, trust me, all they're doing is protecting their own energy.
My biggest wish ?
“To have my own warm home, and a job that suits me. To do all the things I've dreamed of. To be fine, with a calm mind, free soul, peaceful heart, and eyes without tears. To just live a simple quiet life, nothing more..”
Competition is largely an illusion. 95% of people don't even try to do great things. 0.1% of the people are loud, so you overestimate how many people there are. The rest get stuck worrying about competition and quitting after 2 weeks.
Your work is unlikely to be noticed until your skill matches your taste. You know what “good” looks like, but you need to practice until what you produce is at that level. That’s when things take off.
The highest wealth is freedom: from all the worries and stress that most people unfortunately have to go through every day, from the envy and desires that prevent you from appreciating everything you already have, from the fears that prevent you from taking more risks and becoming who you could be, from the anger and impulses that ruin your relationships and friendships, from that internal voice that keeps telling you that you are not good enough, from all the people who can tell you how you should live your life because they know you need their money, from the mistakes of your past that keep tormenting your present, from the illusion that happiness lie in more things, and from the need to prove yourself to the rest of the world, because you know what you've achieved, because you are completely confident about what you’ve accomplished.
It takes practice, but you can train your mind to flip into a good mood in an instant by realizing that most of your bad moods come from holding onto things that don't matter and can't be changed. You can choose to frame your situation in a way that leads to more happiness.
