@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @drm_dli @SalemDRM I received my motorcycle after all the hassle. Got it with jammed brakes, broken switchgear, bent handlebar and a missing indicator. Is there something you can do for me about these? I was told there is nothing that can be done.

Did anything really happen? Are these just words of consolation? What was I even expecting? I really dont know the system. All I know is it needs immediate attention. What was the ideal resolution to this?

@Portronics Portronics team has responded to me, accepting a replacement as a one-off case. I will follow through with the case, and if everything goes well, I will definitely not forget to thank you guys. But again, it shouldn't be this hard to get a replacement @Portronics

@Portronics A defective product that burnt itself 19 days after purchase and this is the support I get. I will never purchase a portronics product again!

@OLX_India I did get an immediate response, thank you! But my issue wasn't resolved. I have replied to the same email, my account says it's still suspended, unfortunately.

@OLX_India Could you please unban my account on olx? I don’t understand why my account was banned in the first place. I haven’t done anything illegal on olx. Actually after my account was banned, I tried logging into accounts of my friends and their accounts were also banned.

Everyone please be cautious with @Portronics products. I had a disappointing experience—a powerbank I bought had a burnt port within 3 weeks, and I was told it’s not covered under warranty. Customer support was really poor and unhelpful.

But the kind of handling and mismanagement that has happened (this is my first experience using Indian Railway’s luggage option for my motorcycle) was just way too much for a sane person to handle. I don’t know how much money I need to spend now to bring the bike back to normal.
