@ereplace Do you ever respond to emails? I have sent numerous emails regarding an order, and absolutely no reply or acknowledgment from your company. I returned an item and have been waiting for a refund for weeks.
@Shelithia87 SAHM w/kids and 5 cats. Still never tidy. I make sure kitchen and bathrooms are clean. Teen keeps their bath clean, 7yo tidies their room. Litter robot for cats. Vacuum helps with visual cleanliness for me, and trying to un-pile surfaces. Then I hit separate areas when possible.
@Jean_LKL @Shelithia87 I’m a SAHM, and it’s still never fully under control. I’m sure part of it is my not being the most organized person (to my neat hubs’ dismay). There’s just a constant influx of stuff, & stuff that needs culling when kids grow out of clothes and toys. It never ends.
@tyronetasty@kateee_c21 @ravioli_the_fox @DayaJolieME Depending on your vampire lore, sunlight, fire, decapitation and/or staking work. And maybe a swimming pool full of holy water.
@StaggeredSix Would they though? I don’t seem to recall that happening much in January. I imagine the response would vary greatly on the type of demonstration.
@ifcatthenx That’s basically us too. Our US state locked down March 13 2020, we’ve generally avoided people since then. Having indoor hobbies and being misanthropists has worked well for us 😂 With grocery delivery and sparing grocery trips, virtual school and work from home, we’ve managed
@cmpriest@HillaryMonahan My cats would totally end up having a fight with each other under there. I’d wake up to hellcat screams. It would be like some horrendous nightmare.
@elzxbth Even if lots of people are having a tough time too, it doesn’t mean they can’t or won’t lend a sympathetic ear or be a shoulder to cry on. It can be cathartic to just talk and share, and true friends will be there for that. ❤️
@elzxbth@Julaberry I’m sorry you’re dealing with a soul crushing job at the moment, that’s always so tough. Working towards sprucing up the resume and maybe polishing/acquiring skills for the future could feel a bit proactive so you’ll be ready when the job markets tighten up a bit?
@elzxbth I am very, very late to this. Obviously finding someone to talk to. There may be more people willing to talk than you may guess. My mum died a little over 2 years ago, and it was rough. A day at a time, and know that days will be easier and some days still sucker punch you.
@DonnaSquitieri @SenGillibrand@amazon And the same is true for those of us in the DC metro area. We already have some of the worst traffic around, and they’re primed to situate themselves in a spot that will make it all worse for everyone, along with jacking up the cost of real estate and rent.
@cvspharmacy It’s not that I mind the automatic reminders, when I have refills they’re handy. It’s the fact that I have repeatedly said no to an expired rx (no longer needed/used) and keep getting asked again over and over regardless.
