@_katie_c @jo_do_jo @mark_spry @LozzaFox I know it’s a terrible system. I suppose the GP’s are trying to triage the patients according to priority. Anyone who needs a physical exam should be seen face to face. But the initial telephone call deciphers this need.

@_katie_c @jo_do_jo @mark_spry @LozzaFox If you mention there is a concern with your breast, they should give you a face to face for an examination to refer you to the Breast symptomatic service. if you are of screening age 50-70 you should be invited with only a minimal delay to your next test due date.
