@JHBWater Maybe if you guys fixed some of the water leaks and had a working call centre where people could actually report these leaks we would stop running out of water? Stop blaming the heat wave and take some responsibility for your incompetence.

@JHBWater Our street has been trying to report 2 leaks for the past few weeks now with no assistance from anyone and your call centre does not answer the phones. There are certain areas with no water because most of it is running down the streets of Joburg. Sort yourselves out!

This is the current state of affairs in Katode Street Radiokop. The giant hole of water was "fixed" a few months back and this is how it was left. Cannot get through to @JHBWater to log it and our ward councillor clearly doesn't care enough to do anything.

@LeahK28 @CityPowerJhb Radiokop. We are still sitting without power. The same thing on Sunday night, power was supposed to come on at 20:30 and was only restored just after 22:00.

@CityPowerJhb @LeahK28 can we please escalate this to whoever is in charge of infrastructure? We cannot keep putting a bandaid over the problem. This now a regular occurrence and is just getting ridiculous! What are we paying rates and taxes for? This needs to be resolved permanently.
