11) Provision for State Administrative exam for health and Modification in the health administrative structure.

12) Minimum posting of 3( atleast2) Doctors in each PHC for smooth functioning of 24x7 Emergency duty.

10) There should be one centralised(one fixed date on which all doc of the state would get their salary simultaneously) system for salary,incentive,hra whatever monetary benefits one should get in that month,for all doc in the state  No request to Clerk for salary.

8) Media act- irrelevant post by any media against any doc and any health facility and health fraternity without any proof should be penalised.
9) Fake medical consumer case should also be penalised

7) Construction of Health Mansion, like a doctor's Colony which consist of quaters for doc of that dist, Canteen facilty, indoor playground, Conferences room with Guest room for each dist doc,which should be outside the hospital campus in every dist.and a central Mansion in BBSR

5) Creation of Health Vigilance Committe,Health Disciplinary Committee,Health Planning and Management Committe,Health Executive Committe with existing DHS,DMET.

6) Vehicle procrurement for DHH,SDH,CHC,PHC doc for field visit for monitoring and evaluation of programme.

3)mandatory health insurance for all doctors as we face the most lethal organism first hand, exposure to high stress sufficient to cause mi, stroke etc,

4) avoid undue involvement of administration people in our sector.

1) Proper Security implications in all Health institutions.
2) Separate pay scale for Doctors with basic pay min 78,000 in time bound DACP in 4-9-13-17-21 with revision for existing place based incentive,PM incentive,HRA.

It's been 5 years SLNMCH , KORAPUT has been established and we have been facing the same problem from the beginning - NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER- it's been 4 days. Our grievances are being ignored as usual. How are we even going to survive and study in such an institution .
