@JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have did the recharge of ₹499.56 on 23rd December 2025 . Despite Doing the recharge, I didn't got the service to activate. I even called the customer care and they told me that it'll get resolve in 24 hours but still there is no update.

My Slice Bank account is frozen due to a cybercrime issue, as per customer care, who provided an acknowledgement number. The Cyber Helpline said it’s linked to Neem Ka Thana Police Station and couldn’t assist.
