Finally had a judge this week that is looking out for the child not focussing on the issues between parents!
Sadly because of the lack of family court judges often the courts call in Recorders etc..
This is too inconsistent for family matters and needs to change!

My ex was physically, financially and emotionally controlling.. Yet she managed to manipulate the family court into believing I was abusive.

How am I meant to deal with that?

I had the physical evidence to prove it and she had only her spiteful words!

How this fair?

Waking up every morning feeling utterly hopeless.. The ex has a new partner which is great and I’m happy for her.. But she’s introduced him to our child’s life within a month including staying over!
He has more access to our child than I do!

For the parents not able to see their children in the UK right now there is guidance on it out there!

* Contact centres should be open
* social services must facilitate contact!
