@shoffr_in @vikasbardia Just narrating my 1st ride with Shoffr yesterday. A confirmed ride to Bengaluru airport didn't arrive. Upon enquiry with customer care, one of the replies was "please book from another taxi service". Now that is not really a Gold experience. trip# 519475
