Estrogen will also surpress androgens if it is high enough on the other end. You could always just block T but without increasing E levels you risk horrible health complications longterm

Free markets dont work, regulation is needed to prevent monopolies and market manipulation, USA used to know this but know pretends otherwise

China is decently capitalist but has a very tight leash on their businesses.

We dont have a shortage of units, we have a shortage of reasonably priced and non-dilapidated units. The issue is lack of effective price regualtion.
