@ADP Hi. I got sent a survey today to rate my experience of using ADP out of 10. When I checked the guidance 1-6 is “very unhappy with service”, 7-8 is “service is adequate but I’m not happy”, and 9-10 is “I am happy”.

Why is it so weighted towards customers being unhappy?
