I had a mixed time at BSG. Overall it was fun but allllllll the mental gremlins got to me the first few days and I spent a lot of time crying/sleeping. I'm not sure how to explain it, my brain just imploded and got mega focused on bad stuff. Now sucks to be home and back to work.

Had a fun weekend at @ACCLiverpool for the MTG Spotlight and picked up some cool artwork. Maybe one day I wont be too scared to join in the games against strangers :D but enjoyed watching regardless. Shame the journey ended in a 1.5 hour traffic jam.

Love the Autumn/Winter jump scare of acorns being thrown out of trees and hitting the roof of your car extremely loudly while you're driving and giving you a heart attack.

Advanced open water passed 🤿🤿

Had a cool "drift dive" near Old Harry rocks to finish it off. Saw lots of scallops, spider crabs, a ray and some dogfish (and had a compass jellyfish very close to my face but we won't talk about that).

The final dive was *spooky*, we went down into this old sunken thing from when it was a quarry and I basically descended from a cloud of dust into darker dust... also swam past a plane and didn't know about it until I almost bumped into the wing.

PADI open water passed (again! long story).
I'm super proud of myself for this, not because it was difficult (it wasn't) but I never do personal/life development stuff because of low self confidence. And now I have a skill which is fun and has unlocked a local social group.
