There was another @HiltonHotels property across the parking lot. 3-4 more within a few blocks. No offers to move guests or let us use bathrooms elsewhere. I was sent a survey about my stay. Got an apology email saying people were looking into it. Silence now for a few weeks.
I stayed at a @HiltonHotels in Fayetteville, NC recently. When i arrived they were finishing with a planned water shut off and repair. Hours later still no water. Next day no water. No showers, flushing toilets, sinks for 20+ hours.
@shop there seems to be an issue with address verification. My correct billing address that you have saved from previous purchases is blocking a checkout today. @GooglePay fortunately is working.
One of the best parts about being an @astoundconnects customer is when their Internet goes down you are told there are no outages and in the same conversations that technicians are fixing an outage with the hope you give up and don't expect compensation.
We have people in power making broad claims around certain drugs and autism that have been continuously disproven. The degree to which those comments can undermine public health, do harm to women who are pregnant, create anxiety for parents who do have children who are autistic – is violence against the truth.
@SSimahk53255@Frigidaire@ElectroluxUS@bbb_us FYI I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against @Frigidaire for the food loss when their technician broke the refrigeration component. They refused anything beyond $50. Good luck with your issues. I am advising friends to avoid their appliances.
@Electrolux@ElectroluxUS I have a fridge under warranty. Your technician came yesterday to fix an issue. Now my freezer has completely thawed. What's the process to get reimbursed and get this fixed before July 3 when they are scheduled to come back for repairs?

I was told numerous times no one on the escalation team was available but finally got through and they started paperwork for a replacement immediately. I think their goal is to get customers to give up.

@SSimahk53255@ElectroluxUS@Frigidaire Sounds very similar. Our refrigerator has been broken since June 6. Fully under warranty. Four technician visits. Also hours on the phone with the call center. Several times they didn't document promises to escalate. I reached out to the BBB and Electrolux won't respond to them.

@Frigidaire@ElectroluxUS@bbb_us When I called the appliance store they have no records of Frigidaire ordering a replacement refrigerator. I know I shouldn't be surprised with how horrible @ElectroluxUS@Frigidaire customer service is but this is reaching absurd levels.
@Frigidaire@ElectroluxUS@bbb_us I was able to speak to Jethro in escalation services earlier this week. While on the phone he reached out to the store I bought the faulty Frigidaire refrigerator from and set up replacement and delivery. He told me to call the store as a next step.
@SimpliSafe there is a bug in your android app setting up MFA. There is an endless loop of being forced to log in, getting an email code, and being sent back to login.

Feel free to try to "limit access to posts" on your twitter account if you think that is appropriate customer service to address an appliance under warranty that your technicians can't fix.
