@trishapaytas I disagree. While I understand the point of that "God is for everyone" many religions that different enough significantly have specific beliefs, traditions and practices that inherently their own. Even separate denominations. You cant always pick and choose. Sometimes, not always
Explaining to someone that you dont understand why they care about you enough to care about your wellbeing, and them being throughly confused, makes you sort of rethink a lot of the emotional treatment you've received throughout your life. π€
I forgot I had a doctor appointment tomorrow which led me to a panic attack. I also woke up late and that made me incredibly anxious.
Anxiety led to calling in sick to work and I feel defeated and am a puddle of an anxious mess.
Sort of discouraged right now.
Maybe somedays that start out feeling emotionally exhausting turn into something so emotionally beautiful all you can do is be thankful that you have the strength to fight a battle that has become a daily occurrence.
@MNeuhengen Expressing through words/actions how much every life matters - the unborn, the sick, the elderly, the young, the people who feel unwelcomed - when people start understanding and valuing life as a whole, I feel like we can fully debate guns and talk about solutions.
Asking for help emotionally is incredibly difficult, and sometimes it feels easier to just escape and clear your head.
Important to remember though that we all need support & you're not too broken for people to care about you. You arent defined by trauma or pain.
Trauma from inpatient and medical related experiences is real. It doesnt discount the fact that the medical field helps so many any individuals; it simply acknowledges the other side, and validates the pain others have gone through. #MentalHealthMatters
Do you love yourself though? At the end of the day, with your own thoughts, how do you view yourself and your present circumstances? What can change? What do you need to feel more fulfilled? #questionstoaskyourself
Yesterday I spent the day drawing and enjoying the outdoors as a way to practice self care and give myself time to heal after a morning of alot of anxiety. One of my favorite places I've gone to enjoy quiet lately.
Acceptance by someone about the disorders that have disabled your life for years is liberating. Not because you're dependent on them for support, rather the opposite. You're finally being seen and accepted as a person beyond these illnesses and the PERSON you are. NOT an illness.
Simple: sometimes being an adult means putting others before yourself. Being an adult doesn't mean you get to do whatever the hell you want in spite of others safety because "of freedom" or "you can". Because you cant.
I dunno what else Iβd agree with @JacquiLambie, but I thought this was the best summation Iβve seen anywhere about the situation around vaccines and passes. Australian politics tends to be very direct! Fair play.
