Hey @Apple@AppleSupport, what is the actual point of advertising "iPhone Findable After Power Off" if it completely fails the moment a phone is actually stolen?
My flagship iPhone 16 pro was stolen, turned off, and immediately went to "Location Not Found."

If your highly praised tracking network can be defeated this easily by thieves, it's not a security feature, it’s just marketing fluff.
Paid a premium price for a flagship device expecting flagship security, but it offers no more protection than a basic phone.

@redBus_in Last time also my bus broke down in the middle of the journey to Gurugram from Kangra and at that time also no assistance was provided, we were stranded in the middle at midnight with no alternatives provided just a refund, this is how your customer experience team handle things.
Absolutely enraged.
Booked a bus from Delhi to Shimla via @redBus_in and it was canceled just 2 hours before departure — no prior notice, no alternative, no help.

@redBus_in But what about the inconvenience caused, the mental trauma as bus was late at night i was helpless in that situation because i was in the middle of journey to ISBT at that time and at last moment i booked bus even with low rating, is there any compensation for that?

And to top it off, I still haven’t received any refund or compensation for this horrible experience.
If this is how you treat your customers, we deserve to know before we trust you again.

*Worst Experience*
I had booked a Zingbus Plus from Kangra to Gurgaon (departure 10:10 PM) through RedBus — and what followed was one of the most distressing travel experiences I’ve ever had.

There were women, senior citizens, and solo travelers — everyone just left to figure things out on their own, in the middle of nowhere, past midnight.
This wasn’t just poor service — this was irresponsible and unsafe.
