The fact that the ECI is showing such resistance to upload form 17C, booth wise which shows the number of Votes recorded in each EVM, is just strengthening the suspicion about tampering/replacing EVMs in the light of the sudden jump of 6% in voter turnout figures released on day of voting & those released after 11 days & 4 days after phases 1&2
