@EGYPTAIR I went through their website, nothing WAS EVER WRITTEN REGARDING A RETURN TICKET. I was informed at the counter. HOW DO YOU DO THAT TO CUSTOMERS.??? How do I book emergency return ticket when I didn’t intend to return ???? When ticket isnt 50 naira or even 500k naira.

@EGYPTAIR Egypt air has completely ignored me. I had to book another ticket urgently because I must return to school 😭💔 that’s the almost ONE MILLION NAIRA gone for vanishing. And extra 1.4m spent. Totaling about 2.5m from money I don’t have 😭😭

@EGYPTAIR …not on the booking website, NOT ON EGYPT AIR WEBSITE. Some random rule at the counter which I got to know about at check in 😭💔. I reached out to the website I used to book and have pushed all the blame on Egypt air which is fair.

They admit I had a valid Nigerian passport and Russian student visa.
Their only reason: I “did not have a return ticket on EgyptAir” and “all passengers to Moscow must hold a return ticket with EgyptAir”. This “rule” is not on my visa..

I’m a scholarship master’s student going back to school in Russia.
I had a valid 90-day Russian student entry visa ; the normal one you get before you change it to 1 year after arrival and this is not my first time going to Russia 🥲

@EGYPTAIR want to take my money for vanishing. I paid 54,964 RUB (~₦934,388) for a Lagos–Cairo–Moscow ticket through a website. Got to MMIA Lagos and they refused to let me board because I “didn’t have a return ticket with EgyptAir”. 💔WTH
