Heavy payload (3 members of team, 1 parent, 1 patient, kit & 2 pilots)=runway takeoff with a full tank of fuel. Solution, vertical takeoff from H.pad before finding fuel & runway. Needed to fill up x2 for 350km patient leg.

@WATChTransport @jonathan_davis3 @ChildrensAirAmb Move was planned to be A-B-C-A. Total planned round trip just short of 700 miles - patient transfer accounted for around half of them, around 6 hours reduced to comfortably less than 2 hours. Thanks again.

They are definitely difficult by SITUATION (occasional intubating team to say the least) and usually PHYSIOLOGY (potential full stomach at least or critically ill) and maybe ANATOMIC (prediction is poor) and PATHOLOGIC
