@Ryanair Dumping all passengers that were supposed to be travelling from Alicante to Newcastle tonight in a campomile hotel in Murcia is a nice touch. No refreshments offered. Lots of families. Whether it’s your fault or not you still have duty of care which you’ve not met.
@bmay Worst airport ever!! Puts a downer on your holiday. The airports at fault here nothing else. Happy to take peoples money but not happy to pay for the right amount of staff to ensure things run smoothly. Disgusting
@TUIUK Hi there, we’ve got to the bottom of this now. The aircraft was changed and we weren’t notified. Our pre booked seats on the first plane that we’d paid for then had to be pre booked again so we lost out. Very disappointing start due to your lack of care or customer service.
