Vodafone Spain- rescheduled 3 times fibre installation! Got a message from the store in Valencia telling me it’s channeled 30min before installation time!! I took 1 x day off from work to be at home for the installation! I day of lost of income! Further no installation again! This totally unacceptable! Agent told me nothing he can do!! Seriously!! @Mahindra_SA it’s now 3 weeks without any support from Mahindra about key replacement! They don’t know what they doing or can not support after sales cars! I message them 5 times after calling 3 dealership and NO one a give your proper advise or support. Reaching out to HQ is absolutely useless ! Another manufacturer that just sell cars and zero support! Be careful…

For the past 8 days, I have been escalating and following up daily regarding my account payout being placed on hold. Despite my repeated efforts, there has been no resolution, and the responses from your support team have been unhelpful. I have kept screenshots as proof of every conversation.
This has been the most disappointing service experience I have encountered, and it is leading me to seriously consider cancelling all my services with your company.
I sincerely hope you can intervene and assist in resolving this matter urgently.
Brussels airport is an absolute disaster! Every day. Again only 2 immigration offers on duty and about 1000 passengers! How can this not be managed.. is this Europe??
@British_Airways The worst airline in the world. Their systems are permanently offline! Extremely basic and bad service. Arrogant staff. Don’t care about passengers.Ask for service onboard and get ignored throughout flight.
Again insane lines for immigration service in brussels airport! Clearly they can’t get it right or focus on frictionless travel! This is not a daily issue! No security/ immigration officers!

One of the worse airlines! Never ever on time! Sitting on an aircraft now for 1hr20 in Heathrow and still issues with documentation! They were late arriving also! Really in 2024 companies can’t plan properly. Where is the ISO processes??
