@KasperStats It is a bit surprising to me that stolen bases have basically 0 correlation with winning percentage. Is it fair to say that stolen basis may be highly correlated with things like ultimate base running and runs scored which are more correlated than winning percentage?

@burby_geek @the_transit_guy The point is that this area is hard to insure because of high wind/hail/tornado risk that very few other areas of the country have. The fact that people have to get special shingles to mitigate wind risk proves that point

@burby_geek @the_transit_guy It’s not the tornado risk alone that makes this area difficult to insure. It’s the wind and hail risk in addition to the tornado risk. Also not saying that companies are looking to pull out from this region tomorrow. It’s just a region to keep an eye on for the future
