@newlookAiServe So basically whichever web service you use to autofill address details is incorrect/out of date and my address (of 13 years) didn’t populate in the list for Apple Pay or in the manual search, causing the fail and looping issue. Please pass that onto your dev team.
Hey @newlook just to let you know on desktop and mobile your checkout Apple Pay doesn’t work, and the checkout is also stuck in a redirect loop! Impossible to buy anything! Tried several times on different devices.
@sainsburys click and collect system checking out our slot for tomorrow seems to be hanging on the last screen, sounds like others having same issue. What is the current status of your system?
@nationaltrust To add insult to this, she has bumped into her next door neighbours in the gardens and your team waved them through and didn’t even scan their cards!!
Hi @nationaltrust can you help plz… my family are visiting Sheffield Park Gardens, my mother-in-law has been made to pay, her in-date card was confiscated in a rather humiliating way by a lady called Sue on your team. Her husband died 9 months ago, she updated her account.
@azalofficial tried to choose seats for this evenings flight, tried to pay and your App crashed! I now cannot checkin as it says ‘Not allowed because of unpaid seat, please try in 20 mins’… it is now 1 hour later and I cannot check in or pay for seats! Please help.
@santanderukhelp@sainsburys@santanderukhelp the pending amount hasn't been debited fully by Sainsbury's They have said “ we would recommend contacting your card provider about this” so I assume this issue is with @santanderuk ??

@santanderukhelp Thanks, we already did this and your rep told us we need to take it up with @sainsburys hence I am now talking to both of you in this thread!! Who’s issue is it? The funds weee blocked on 12th April, so should be released by now surely?!
@santanderukhelp Yes this is our weekly food shopping, we order on their app and then go to collect. But we have been charged twice, one of the transactions is still pending after 7 days and is incorrectly holding our funds. The retailer has claimed that our bank needs to resolve, and vice versa
@sainsburys@santanderukhelp are you able to confirm to @sainsburys once again that they need to resolve as your rep told us it is the vendors responsibility? I fear I will be stuck in an endless loop here otherwise!!
