For example i arrived 11AM and my schedule is 12NN. I asked if i could access the lounge and wait till my cue or 15 minutes before my actual schedule. They said No. But if i walked in 11AM they will accommodate me… is this a scam??? @vfsglobalcare

So i asked what if i have a schedule and I avail the Premium Lounge, am I allowed to use the lounge??? The staff name Yuki said na No. But if you are walking at this time then they can accommodate you. In my head. Am I dumb? Or my understanding is not understanding????

Paid additional PHP2000+ so that you can use the lounge instead of waiting outside. But it’s a NO for the staff. Their explanation is if you walked in and willing to pay PHP3000 then you can access the Premium Lounge.

I think @vfsglobalcare @VFSGlobal Scamming the Filipino People and taking advantage of their ignorance and wanting to get a Visa. I mean paying Premium Lounge but you are not allowed to wait at the lounge because the fees is just for express.
