Anyone else having issues with their @Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 when pool swimming? It seems to record rest periods, getting in and out of the pool as kickboard laps.. pretty ridiculous!

Your online password reset doesn't work, can't recognise mobile number, spoke to customer support who said they need to send out a form via 'Post' to reset.... and then got a letter that says 'please tick a box and send the form back'....

given you're part of the government, why can't you use the government gateway information to authenticate? Or use passport details to check identity?

Hmm... @OctopusEnergy, when did Agile become cheaper than Tracker?
Seems Agile has been cheaper for several months now.. and if I shift my usage to off-peak then it'll be even cheaper!
I thought Tracker is advertised as the cheapest tariff?

@OctopusEnergy It looks like your comparison site isn't accurate and is making Tracker look much cheaper than Agile!
Take the data for 26/02/24 - it says my tariff cost was £2.11 when in fact my bill says £2.41 (ex VAT and standing charge), which is nearer £2.99.
By comparison, Agile is £2.70!
