In my experience, lack of focus is mostly laziness.
When you’re clear on what you’re chasing, there’s no time to lose focus.
Everybody should have a set of daily non-negotiables:
Mine are:
• 1 hour of walking
• Black coffee
• Fast until 12-1pm
• Weight training or HIIT
• Daily writing
