@MikeMcMahonCHN I interpret last week to mean if they enroll this year it would be 5 years to play 4. Or age based, 5 for 5. Never meant the ability for "delayed enrollment". Either option forced the same result, so they removed it.

What is the NCAA doing about D1 schools signing so many pro players from Europe? Our Universities are signing Pros from Europe and not our American high school athletes. Something is wrong with this picture.

Off the news of the Arkansas men’s and women’s tennis programs being cut. Only 1/9 on the men’s team was an American. 4/11 on the women’s team were American.

NEW NCAA RULE PROPOSAL:

If your program isn’t 51% American it should be cut. Dropped immediately.
