I don’t think any other industry has experienced the erosion of expertise like the entertainment industry. You still need to be an expert to be a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant, but to work in media you no longer need to be an expert. You just need a YouTube account & an idea

@JetBlue Btw. I was over charged by over $600 for my flights and seats & some refunds have come through but not all & now this refund for the overcharges has caused me to lose my seats. I’ve spent over 2hrs on the phone trying to get this fixed. I shouldn’t have to do this on vacation

@JetBlue there is a reason I usually fly @united & it's because you're customer service sucks. Why does it take over 1hr on the phone & $1k to change my return leg of a flight & then I'm being charged again for my seat selection. I should've flown through Newark - less painful

@JetBlue I think I need a manager to call me about my experience. Apparently now my seats in my return flight have been cancelled by someone at JetBlue & I’m being asked to pay again for seats I’ve already paid for. This has been severely mishandled & screwed up & tbh it’s disgraceful

@Uber may I make a suggestion. If I’m waiting for a pickup and it’s been more than 10mins since the driver took the job and they cancel (or drive bay & cancel), I should get a cancellation credit like you charge me if I cancel & a driver has already been assigned.

@DisneylandParis - you are quite possibly the worst place on earth for allergies. No one knows how to take an allergy order & no one seems to understand what Gluten Free is. A really poor effort tbh. Worst food experience at any @Disney park in the world!!!!

@Airbnb_uk I’ve never had so many hosts tell me their place ain’t available even though your site shows that it is. Either there’s a site issue or your hosts are renting off site and not updating. Very frustrating.

@elonmusk @Tesla you’re new vehicle delivery process sucks. I’ve been waiting 1.5hrs and still don’t have my vehicle because the location is under staffed and the app won’t let me progress even though this is my 2nd tesla

@Tesla what we need is an “airport mode” button in the app and vehicle. Would be nice to click 1 button and have the car in a lower saving mode when I travel for work, instead of having to turn things off manually to save battery drain.

@hulu_support @bingusmother Is this feature available on your Apple TV app? It doesn’t seem to be working on Shogun (or any other show for that matter). A skip recap and skip credits button are core things any streamer should have. Makes it hard to binge watch and stay on platform

@StateDept I have been in the DV lottery every since I turned 18. I am now 42. Statistically I should have won a green card by now. I am starting to take this personally. Another year, another response that says"the Entry HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED for further processing" 😭😢
