2nd June 2014, within a week, after Narendra Modi took oath as Prime Minister, Mohsin Shaikh, a technocrat in Pune, returning to his residence in the evening with his friend Riyaz Ahmed, was surrounded by members of the Hindu Rashtra Sena. He was lynched by them based on a rumor spread.

Mohsin's crime was he was in Muslim attire.
“As Mohsin had a beard, a skull cap, and was wearing a light green Pathani shirt, they attacked him with hockey sticks and banged a cement block on his head,” the FIR read.

It was found that the Police were mere bystanders at the scene of the crime.

While granting bail to a couple of accused in the case Justice Mridula Bhatkar of Bombay High Court said they were provoked in the name of religion.

The family received Rs 10 Lakh price of Mohsin's dead body from the Government but only after vigorous follow up over two years.

Noteworthy Initially Advocate Ujjwal Nikam was representing the prosecution in the case, after in Oct, 2014 BJP came to power in Maharashtra he recused himself. Since then in Dec 2018 when Mohsin's father was died due to heart attack the state had not appointed a public prosecutor.

However, Nine years after this incident 28 January, 2023 a Sessions court in Pune Judge SB Salunkhe acquitted all the Twenty One accused of his murder including Dhananjay Jayram Desai, head of the Hindu Rashtra Sena (HRS).

That is what a basic reading of the CSDS post poll survey tells us. 53% of 'Hindu Upper Caste' voted for the BJP (60% for the NDA), making them the single-biggest vote-bank for the party.

But who are the 14% of Upper Castes who voted for Congress (20% with allies)? This, according to CSDS, is 2% more than what the Congress got in 2019.

Imagine you are at school, and the bullies in your class accuse you of stealing something. They go to the class monitor, who is a friend of the bullies and was elected by them.

They all gather and take your bag away. When they return, they inform you they discovered a stolen pen. When you say prove it, they laugh in your face and say there is nothing to prove, you are guilty, it is decided, and tear up your school bag, books, and notebooks.

Nothing was ever proven; simply put, some bullies got together and agreed to frame you in order to bully you.

This is exactly what happened in MP. 11 Muslim homes have been bulldozed because they allegedly had beef in their fridge. The matter never went to court. Nothing was proven.

Sanghi bullies, with the assistance of the Sanghi monitor, demolished 11 houses.

Homes that take years to make, homes that we all dream about. Homes that provide us with a sense of purpose and belonging.

But don't call it a dictatorship since that would hurt snowflake Sanghis. Don't label it fascist because they will commit all of the atrocities without allowing you to define them.

So that's all we have to do: define Sanghis because they despise it. We scream, telling the world who they truly are: disgusting oppressors and hateful beasts.
