Why malicious ? Because the prosectors, the judge and the DA Richard Brown were 100% aware Darwin was innocent. When multiple investigation determined they arrested/charged the wrong person the prosecutors invented a story and threaten all witnesses with prison if they don't stick to it. "Justice" Randall Eng expressed the authority the District Attorney has over him and decided to collude in imprisoning an innocent, inspiring, young leader to life in prison. @QueensDAKatz is now the DA of Queens and guess who was part of her transition team... Yes - the very same corrupt judge and prosecutor that wrongfully imprisoned Darwin. @QueensDAKatz has chosen to deny Darwin his justified freedom in order to protect her career and political connections. @QueensDAKatz has chosen to continue torturing Darwin in order to not bring negative attention to her right and left arms within the Queens DA's office (Randall Eng, Jennifer Naiburg). After nearly two decades of wrongful imprisonment in a maximum security facility with horrific conditions Darwins health is failing. He is litterally dying while @QueensDAKatz ignores his due freedom. From a stroke, to blindness, to organ paralysis, to having to now be on an insulin pump to stay alive, and more - that's the torture being imposed on someone proven innocent. Thats the tortue @QueensDAKatz is continuing to impose on Darwin. Darwin should've never been imprisoned. Darwin needs proper medical attention - not prison doctors. Darwin needs to be realeased immediated before @QueensDAKatz , #jennifernaiburg , #randalleng , #kennethappelbaum achieve their goal of killing him. If left up to @QueensDAKatz , Darwin will be left to die as an innocent man in prison. You elected officials tagged are being noticed of the torture being committed by the Queens County District Attorneys office. Investigate these claims. Investigate but release Darwin immediately, before he dies in prison. It's well within each of your 'elected authorities' to liberate Darwin from this torture and bondage. You are now a witness.
